1 can of chickpeas

1 can of beetroot

1 tsp salt

1 garlic clove

15gr to 25gr of vinegar

  1. Add all ingredients and blend for 20 seconds at speed 5

  2. Scrape down the sides and blend for 20 seconds at speed 6
