Please ensure that you read these terms carefully and check that the details on the Order Form and/or Order Confirmation (as applicable) are complete and accurate. ln these terms and conditions, "We", "Us" and "Our" refer to VM 6 Limited, a company registered in Malta, whose company registration number is C103729 and whose registered office is at E6, Misrah il-fliegu, Triq Malta Ghajnsielem. Our registered VAT number is MT29685722. "You" and "Your" refer to the customer whose details are set out on the corresponding Order Form or Order Confirmation. 

VM 6 Ltd shall process the personal data found herein in accordance with to the Maltese Data Protection Act 
(CAP. 586) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)(the GDPR) as amended from 
time to time. If invoices are not settled within the agreed terms we have a legitimate interest to register this 
default with a credit reference agency, namely Creditinfo Malta Ltd.  More information about the manner in
